In your first session we’ll begin with a detailed case history, discussing your medical background, your current symptoms and your goals.
We’ll then assess your movement, discuss our findings and begin treatment where appropriate, followed by personalised advice to support your progress.
The balance between assessment and treatment will vary depending on your history and what your body needs on the day. On rare occasions, treatment may not be suitable and I will refer you to the appropriate healthcare professional where necessary.
-
We’ll begin with a brief consultation to understand your health, your goals and the areas you’d like to focus on.
Your treatment will then be tailored to you, whether you’re looking to release tension, support recovery or simply take time to reconnect with your body.

There’s no wrong, right or perfect number for this - it depends on your goals, lifestyle and what your body needs.
However with all things, consistency is what matters most.
For many people, 2–3 sessions per week is ideal, although this will vary depending on your other activities and commitments.
Whether you have 10 minutes or an hour, the most important thing is finding a realistic routine that feels enjoyable for you.
